Trial

• 3-day free trial for new users (one trial per computer)
• Access from the trial window on first launch

How to Upgrade

1. Start Total Control
2. Click Upgrade icon
3. Select payment item
4. Pay via Stripe (credit/debit) or Google Pay
5. TC automatically activates Professional features

Activation Code

The Activation Code is the certificate for TC Professional:

• Generated upon purchase
• Received via email
• Activatable up to 10 times per year
• New activation invalidates the old code on the previous machine

License Migration

If you reinstall your system or change computers:

1. Open TC on the new machine
2. Click About > Upgrade
3. Enter your Activation Code
4. New code is generated, old PC reverts to Lite

Common Issues

• "ID does not exist" — Code was already used. Email it to support@sigma-rt.com for a new one
• Downgraded to Lite — Caused by network switching, system reinstall, VM, or hardware changes. Reactivate with your code
